Terms of service

The short version: 14 days free, a card is required to start, then €9 per month until you cancel. Cancel any time; every charge is refundable within 14 days.

02The service

DEMO — Headline Grader is an early-stage product: it does what this site describes today, and we keep improving it. Features may change. If we ever discontinue it, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and refund any prepaid, unused period pro rata.

03Free trial and automatic renewal

  • The trial lasts 14 days and is free. A valid payment card is required to start it; nothing is charged during the trial.
  • When the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and your card is charged €9 per month (VAT included where applicable). It then renews automatically every month at the same price until you cancel.
  • We will remind you by email before the trial ends. If we ever change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and you can cancel before it applies.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.

04Cancel any time

  • Cancel with two clicks from Billing & cancel inside the app (Stripe’s secure billing portal), or by emailing hello@holtrane.com.
  • Cancel during the trial: you pay nothing. Your access continues until the trial ends.
  • Cancel after the trial: no further renewals; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

0514-day refund

If you are not happy, email hello@holtrane.com within 14 days of any charge and we refund that charge in full, no questions asked, to the original payment method. Your access ends when the refund is issued.

06Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU; in Italy, Articles 52–59 of the Consumer Code). The period runs from the day the contract is concluded (the day you start the trial or buy).

To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to hello@holtrane.com (for example: “I withdraw from my contract for DEMO — Headline Grader”, with your name and the email used at checkout). You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not required. We will refund every payment received from you within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method.

By starting the trial or using the service you ask us to provide it during the withdrawal period; if you withdraw, you pay nothing for a free trial, and our 14-day refund means you also get back in full any charge made within that period.

07Availability and liability

We work to keep DEMO — Headline Grader available and correct, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for intent or gross negligence) or your statutory rights as a consumer.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
